The fine sea views from my room were lovely, and soaking in the rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight of my stay.

The hotel is clean and spacious with very kind staff members. Soft beds, central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen television in the room. Great and tranquil location with free parking and very close to beautiful Mallorca, the restaurant and a ‚ german ' island. Also, very close to tennis courts...

Place was incredibly beautiful and nice, really enjoyed the stay.

The food was freshly made, drinks were local. Overall it was exceptionally nice with a "view on the mountain".

Great pool area, enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool. Room layout could be improved.

We really enjoyed being there. Everything was brand-new, we had quiet 6 days here. The location really close to city centre was marvellous and tranquil. The private parking was onsite, terrific service.

Excellent service from all members of staff. Very good value on all inclusive, food perfectly OK. Very clean and in fabulous location. Great tennis courts. Staff couldn't have been more helpful at all times. We were the only English people there (others all German), but everyone was very friendly.

Great staff and comfy stay!

The reception staff was super helpful! We had to check out at noon but our flight was late, so they let us keep the room until we needed it for only 30€. Only downside? The breakfast could've been better, some items were stale.

A lot of excellent food at breakfast time. Favourable setting, short walk to Alcudias beaches as well as a beautiful lagoon.

We went to the hotel to meet a group of friends for tennis holiday, the spport centre was just across the road from main hotel and was very well run. All the hotel staff were very very friendly. The manager spoke good English and gave us two very good recommendations for restaurants at one of the local beaches and on route back to the airport. Beaches nearby are loveley - this is a good location for getting to several fantastic beaches and the main town of Cala Rajata. The hotel and resort is very much geared to Germans but the hotel staff can all speak English.

Unfortunately we had a very noisey guest in the room next door to us which did affect our sleep. But we should not have suffered and pressed the hotel to move the guest or us. The food in the restaurant is good value for money but if you go to dinner later than about 8.15pm the choice becomes limited.

Recommend it for couples

The staff are really something out of the ordinary , always going the extra mile. One evening we arrived back at the hotel to find a personalized note and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in our room to celebrate our anniversary.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but I'd say it was worth every penny.

Parking can be a hassle. There are limited spaces right out front, which can lead to frustration, especially when the nearby street is full. My room had outdated furnishings, and the mattresses had a tendency to slide apart. The air conditioning didn't cool the room adequately, which could. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at best, often dropping out when you needed it most. I also found that cleaning was hit or miss. I had to remind staff about room service more than once. Breakfast was decent but often felt repetitive and at times the food seemed to lack freshness.

Price (half-board affordable); helpful receptionists; sea-view balcony; quiet hotel and area;

Heavy and fat breakfast (no vegetables); no direct bus connection with Palma; no double beds; beds not comfortable; ants in the room and restaurant; strange rule in the restaurant - even in there is 70% of empty space you cannot chose table you like!

Good stay, tranquil atmosphere, with a well-maintained pool area and easy access to local public transport options.

Everything was ideal.
